One of the major benefits of SIFE is that it encourages students to look beyond the boundaries of the academic environment and apply their learning in a practical way. This enables student’s theoretical knowledge to real projects that targets a community and eventually makes students “Workplace ready”. Through projects, students are encouraged greatly to perform a great deal of leadership, teamwork, and communication skills developing such skills with the help of their peers and board of directors. Moreover, it is truly a great opportunity to make a great change to the community. Each students experience the impact of new knowledge on others. On the other hand, because of SIFE’s great partner and donor companies which favor SIFE students for employment, it is great opportunity to improve resume. Toward the end of every academic year, students get to participate in the regional and national competitions. Moreover, students will get to have a round table dinner, discussion with the executives of fortune 500 companies.
