Effective Decision Making in a Collaborative Environment
(Educational Opportunity)

At Berea College the benefits of collaboration can sometimes collide with the needs to make quick decisions. In this session we will explore a number of approaches and factors to consider in decision-making situations. Between deciding alone and full delegation, there are also other options for involving others that can be more or less effective - it all depends on the situation and how well the decision making parameters are understood.

Target Audience: supervisors and managers, or anyone involved in a variety of decision making settings
