February Film Festival
(Educational Opportunity)

The Carter G. Woodson Center February Film Festival was begun to celebrate Black History Month in honor of 1903 Berea College Alum, Carter G. Woodson. The film festival presentations generally feature award winning or nominated films directed by African American filmmakers or contain African American cultural content. This year's films are presented every Tuesday afternoon from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Carter G. Woodson Center Gallery. Film showings are open to the entire Berea campus and community, class participation is encouraged. Each listed showing is an opportunity to engage students, colleagues and community members in critical thinking and dialogue.
