Financial policy refresher/update training session
(Administrative)

The next financial policy refresher/update training session, hosted by the Office of Financial Affairs, is scheduled for Wednesday, March 30th, from 2 - 3:30 PM, in the Trustees Room at Seabury. Session details can be found on the attached 2016 Training Schedule or under Forms and Schedules at http://www.berea.edu/vpf/policies-and-procedures/.

Please note that Wednesday's session will also include an orientation session of the new PNC Pcard program (last topic on the agenda); if you were unable to attend a previous session, you may attend this session to sign and pick up your new card (please be sure to bring your College, photo ID). This will be the last scheduled session for Pcards.

Also, this session will cover the new Employee Gift Policy, adopted January 1, 2016. See the attached schedule for additional topics and session details.

Please register for the training session, at the following link: http://bcfinancialaffairs.eventbrite.com/. These training sessions will continue to be held once each semester, with the annual schedule being updated/posted online at the link above. Representatives from the related departments are expected to attend at least once annually.
