Thursday, May 1Morehead State University Fine Arts Showcase will be held in the main gallery of the Claypool- Young Art Building at 7:30 pm. The focus of this event will be on young writers. It is free and open to the public.

Friday, May 23There will be a book signing and jewelry trunk show at Bohannon's Books With a Past in Georgetown, KY from 2:00 to 6:00pm, Cindy Lowy will be signing copies of Harmony and Me and selling her jewelry including special USA jewelry and bookmarks. Homer Ledford, Cindy's Father, will be performing and entertaining from 4:00 to 6:00pm. He will also sign copies of Dulcimer Maker, the newly released book about his life story.

Saturday, May 31 – Saturday, June 7The Hambidge Center for Creative Arts & Science Writer's Workshop offers a week of intensive writing workshops, intimate lectures, daily readings and one-on-one time with instructors.
